BOARD CULTIVATION & DEVELOPMENT

What we do:
We partner with boards of directors to strengthen governance, clarify roles, and align leadership practices with organizational values and strategy. Our board development work focuses on culture, power, and decision-making, helping boards move from oversight alone to stewardship that actively supports inclusion, sustainability, and impact.

This work may include board assessments, facilitated learning sessions, governance reviews, and coaching for board chairs and executive leaders to strengthen partnership and accountability.
